"I always love the entrance of coming into hard rock casino I would recommend it any day. I didn't like the fact I wanted a room with a balcony in was there in time to change it it that couldn't b possible staff wasn't very helpful on that end"

"Okay hotel. Complicated to get around. Really focused on the casino. Pricey if you aren't there to gamble. Not really a front desk. Rooms are large with a view. Pretty basic otherwise."

"It is an older hotel, and nothing fancy. However, everything worked fine, and it was clean. Good location. Breakfast was small but the waffles were good. Place is good for the price."

"Room was clean and free from odor (not perfumery or bad). Hot water was almost instant. Appeared to be recently refurbished, nice comfortable bed medium/firm mattress and lots of pillows. A/C worked great!!! The TV did not work and displayed a need for access card. Told the front desk about it twice to no avail. The wi-fi was no problem and I just used my Chromebook! Stayed there a week for a huge car event and the room was never cleaned, even after asking on Wednesday morning to have the room serviced. What surprised me the most was there was no clothes hanger rack!!! Overall I will be booking this hotel for next year's Cruisin the Coast car event."
