"Great little property close to the beach - reasonable rates, in walking distance to many things in the downtown OS area. Mini gym and one laundry/vending on site. Basic breakfast and coffee options, which were nice. A kerfuffle occurred at the main street connecting to 90/Bienville one night, as this is located at the over/under pass to Biloxi, but we did not hear a peep of the commotion and have stayed many other times at length........would still recommend."

"We really enjoyed the clean, cleanliness and easy functionality of this particular property. The garden retreat property is a great stay, especially for the price we paid. We have only one recommendation for improvement and that would be to advise the guests of the household needs to be prepared for including paper towels, shampoo, and soap."

"We just completed our stay at this lovely home! The cute neighborhood was everything we were looking for to make our trip to Ocean Springs special. Entry was seamless and we walked into a brightly-lit, exceptionally clean living space. The tasteful decorations downstairs were extended upstairs to the two beautiful bedrooms. The beds were beyond comfortable with superior bedding and lots of windows to make the space feel so airy. We loved sitting out on the porch in the mornings and evenings with a nice. cool breeze each day. We traveled less than a mile to get to the adorable little town for shopping, dining, and the beach and 10 minutes to the casinos and the minor league Biloxi Shuckers...a super fun experience! Ryan went the extra mile by personally calling the day before our arrival to ensure we had a smooth entry into the property...this was an amazing personal touch and much appreciated! His communication was top notch! Highly recommend this home and we would LOVE to stay at this property again when we are in the area!! Thank you, Ryan!"

"I was repeatedly prompted to complete online check-in for virtual key to room. Instructed to download app and supply required sensitive info. Arrived to property after 5:30pm to discover app process was redundant and I’d have to wait in line to check in at front desk, resulting in combined hour of my time wasted for check in. Room was pleasant and beds/bedding amazingly comfortable but shower had hairs on the wall tile. Sink very slow to drain and shower diverter from handheld to overhead non functional adding to bathroom unpleasantness. The Gallery on main floor was a missed opportunity. It takes up valuable lobby space without offering anything to overnight guests. The hotel’s caliber warrants a lounge/lobby space especially since the food hall next door closes at 9pm and the on-site restaurant does not have a bar/lounge rendering guests delegated to hotel room after 9pm unless willing to go offsite to hang out. The Gallery space could easily serve as an excellent lounge/lobby as well as a private meeting space available to rent out. Last oversight was zero covered area at entrance/exit. A covered walkway from front entrance to parking garage or even just door to street would be very convenient for coming/going during the common downpours in the area."

"First impression when we pulled into the driveway was not the best, the outside of the house has green mold on some of it and the siding is dirty, it needs a good pressure wash for sure. After we got inside everything was very clean and neat no complaints it had everything we needed for our stay, nice fenced back yard if you bring a pet. The golf cart was great we drove it downtown and to the beach. We would definitely stay here again."

"The house itself was conveniently located near Downtown and the beach, so we really like that. The golf was a huge hit and was a reason that we booked the place. The downfall was a smelly trashcan covered in flies on the property so we smelled that every time we went outside. The owner offered to move it to the road, but it still wasn't great to smell it. Overall, it was a nice property."
