"A very nice and relaxing stay. The staff were polite and welcoming on check in, and our apartment was located on the top floor overlooking Port Stephens bay. As it's winter the indoor pool and spa area were perfect. The Ramada is directly across from water with Shoal Bay Country Club right next door. The Game Fish Club and other restaurants and cafes are near by. "

"I expected an older property from the photos but the state of the unit was appalling. The master bed is a double not the advertised queen. The door to the master balcony is broken. The lounges are extremely uncomfortable to the point that the floor was more comfortable. The dining chairs were broken and uncomfortable. The DVD player didn't work. The kitchen range hood was broken. The ladder on the bunk bed was broken and dangerous as it easily pulled away from the bunk and is an accident waiting...

"To say that we were underwhelmed when we walked into the property would be an understatement. Don’t get me wrong, the views were amazing, the location was perfect and the pool received a workout from our family! However, I must say that the apartment in general was pretty grotty. Having young children (a 2 and a 4 year old), who spend most of their time rolling on the ground, it was rather disturbing to find clumps of hair all over the carpet.
