"It has everything we needed: 1) 5 beds for 5 of us. 2) Working appliances / facilities (washer, air conditioner, sink, shower, bath, lights, fridge). 3) Large "under the bed" area to store suitcases. 4) Enough electrical outlet to charge our devices. 5) Clean and new. 6) Self checking, checkout, and elevator in building. 7) Area is not far from train stations, but it's also quiet and not noisy. I did not communicate with building manager / host -- but there was also no need to."

"Location was perfect! Convenient to trains, food and shopping. We loved how every night when we got off at Kinshicho Station, we just looked up and followed the beautiful Tokyo Skytree back home. "Spacious. It is a whole house, two bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs. One bedroom has two double beds and the other has one. Everything worked, fish oven can be used as toaster. A/C was very effective. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels. No tourists in this neighborhood. Things to be aware of: you must climb stairs to get to living area and to bedrooms above that. Stairs from living area to bedrooms are twisty-a bannister would be nice although they are not as common in Japan. House...

"We fit eight in here without any problems. The house was a great base for us to explore the city for two weeks and is an easy and direct train ride from Haneda airport. The host was very easy to communicate with as well. Would definitely stay again!"
