The staff was also very friendly, accommodating and helpful - especially in helping us book transportation. Location is relatively convenient within walking distance to major attractions in Taichung. Everyone is always happy to provide support, and although very few staff speak English, others will still assist you with translation apps. The only issue I saw was the noise level. You can hear water running in other rooms and people yelling loudly in the hallway at night and early mornings. All in all I really liked the place and will stay again if I visit...
