The staff was also very friendly, accommodating and helpful - especially in helping us book transportation. Location is relatively convenient within walking distance to major attractions in Taichung. The woman who helped me spoke english and was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was able to store my luggage there after checkout, for 4 hours."
