Big Room and friendly staff

The room is very spacious, and the front desk staff are friendly. The room service team also does an excellent job cleaning the room efficiently. Location is slightly inconvenient since it is Taichung… subway is not anywhere close.

The room is really huge and staffs were kind. The parking was ok and the location is also ok. I would like to visit again if I have any chance to visit Taiwan again. 방 넓고 깨끗하고 친절하고 좋아요. 기계식 주차하고 조식은 그냥 그런데 , 나혼산 족발집도 가깝고, 위치도 나쁘지 않고 가성비 대비 좋아요 솔직히 재방문의사있어요

We stayed one night bookes last minute due to change of plans because of the earthquake. Parking is underground and the entrance is at the rear of the property. There are parking supervisors to show you where and how to park your vehicle. Rooftop pool was nice but you must wear a swim cap. Breakfast buffet was good, downstairs bar served bar food and a full menu was available for evening mealtime.

Weird hotel, that's the best way to describe it. And not a good experience. Avoid! Clearly not enough staff employed and as such they aren't really willing to help guests out. I asked for cutlery in the room, I had to go down and collect it myself. We asked if they could heat something up for us, I had to take it down and collect it. The pool is closed from 11am - 5pm. THERE IS NO LIFE GUARD not even a member of staff working at the pool. There were no towels available. When I mentioned this to reception they said they would send someone up with more towels. The whole think seemed ridiculous. The staff neglected to tell us that we were entitled to a free drink in the bar and I only found out because another guest happened to mention it to me. This so called act of generosity was somewhat spoiled by the fact that the offer was for one drink per room not per guest - clearly false generosity then because isn't it embarrassing to offer something to only half the people staying in a room? The free drink was apparently a cocktail which tasted suspiciously like a sports drink and appeared to contain absolutely no alcohol. The room was large and the bathroom was good. However, the room was musty perhaps because it has no natural light owing to the fact the building next door is almost touchable if you were to lean out the window. The air conditioning ducts are position directly above the bed so they blow straight on to you when you lay down, which is less than ideal.

Ein sehr ruhiges Hotel! Sauberkeit und Personal waren zudem einwandfrei. Die Lage ist an einer Hauptstraße gelegen, was für Taiwan aber ganz normal ist. Vom Trubel auf der Straße bekommt man im Hotel nichts mit. Das Hotel ist im alten taiwanesischen Stil gehalten aber trotzdem modern. Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass es leider kein Abendessen im Hotel gab da das Restaurant nur Drinks anbot. Ansonsten können wir das Hotel nur empfehlen!
