This was an incredible hotel, everything was brand new, and the staff were more than accommodating to our pets. They arrived with beds, bowls, and toys with treats. It’s an amazing family, friendly destination. Very close to the hustle and bustle of Chongqing, but just 30 minutes away and you feel like you’re in a mountain in paradise.

I would suggest staying here for the excellent service. The staff is really nice and are always there to help. The location is always great. It is right across from the Raffles mall with many stores and entertainment. The train station is also directly in front of the property.

The staff and service are great with easy check-in. Bed and pillows are a dream, cocooning you thru a good night or two. Washer/dryer worked well.
There is a construction site in the area but I didn't hear any noise from my room.
