"I didn't like that the hotel desk clerk totally ignored me when I checked in (I am American and the one who paid for my room and my guest's (who was indonesian) room and did all her conversing with him. I even asked her if she spoke English and she replied that she could. She even had my guest sign the check in form which was in MY name. She needs to be taught that the payor of the rooms is the one who needs to be addressed. "

"If there’s a vicinity map guide, that will be extremely helpful. There are things that one can’t rely on the hotel all the time. I love to walk around area of a hotel that im staying, getting little entertainment like snacks, foods or quiet chilling spots, which will make it feel like an extended street family of the hotel. However I couldn’t get much here. But Starbucks is by far a nice quiet extended escapade. And maybe investors could improve path to Brastagi Supermarket, or something? I dunno. Otherwise, everything has been well."

"Great property, nice pool, big room and very modern. Fast wifi. Only downside with our stay, noise from night club above, first night was bad, second night was better. Also breakfast a bit average. Overall 8/10."
