"The hotel has a magnificent view of the temples and the hotel itself is has beautiful rooms, pool and dining areas. Our room had a porch with views of the temples. It was mesmerizing looking at the Temple of Cordia and Juno during the day and lit up at night. "

Courteous and professional staff, great food and plenty of activities to enjoy, e-biking, cooking classes, kayaking, walks to mention a few. The beauty and the respect for the sorrounding natural reserve makes you fall in love at first sight. We will go back to Adler Siculiana at some point as only a few 5 star hotels in Sicily can offer the same experience"

"Hotel is perfectly placed in the center of Palermo. If you want to see the historical sites of the city, this hotel is great for that. They have a private garage parking at a cost of 30€ . This is a big plus as it is very difficult to find parking in Palermo and i wouldn't want to leave my car on the street at night . Federika will welcome you and give you great places to.check out . "The property itself was nicer than how the picture looked. It was in a quaint quiet area with a nice view of the area's farmland (From the top of the Watch tower), as well as the Temple of the valley in Agrigento (From the backyard). The hotel dining was amazing, with good selection of food and wine, and al fresco dining for dinner service. The price was very reasonable compared to dining in major US cities."

"What a tranquil oasis. Benina and Roberto have worked so hard to create this stunning 12 bedroom sanctuary. We loved everything about it. Rooms: we had room 8, within the main building. Huge, spacious room with a massive terrace that is completely private. This looks over the vineyard and to the side the pool area. We had a sofa, which can become a bed for a family. A walk in wardrobe, large bathroom with wonderful shower. Amenities and bathrobes are provided. Tea and coffee station, fridge with water, soft drinks and white wine. Red wine on the side... Yes the wine is all literally produced downstairs. The facilities: a large pool terrace with wonderful views over the countryside. They have a spa area with jacuzzi and suana to enjoy. The infinity pool is just wonderful. If staying a few nights you will be invited to a dinner evening. We are always happy to try new things. We weren't disappointed at all. A short tour of the wine making process and bottling here. Benina leads this tour and it's great to understand the passion they have for their main business. The 6 course, yes SIX course meal is exquisite. All enjoyed with wine pairing and tasting. The food was all vegetarian which is great as it caters for all customers. We had no idea how much it would cost, but it was very well priced for what we experienced. We enjoyed every course, but don't eat lunch... The owners: this wonderful and friendly Italian couple have poured their Sicilian passion into this business. "
