The room service takes long time to deliver our orders .over all we had a good time there. The stuff of the reception were very kind and helpful. The rooms clean but we had to ask them to clean it every time.

After Sahara tour and a day’s travel by taxi from Mezouga, we’re really exhausted. Walking through their modest front door, we found ourselves in a lavishly beautiful oasis. We spent 4 nights at Yasmine and Alex's guesthouse in Fez and we are already planning a return. They restored it 8 years ago and have impeccable taste. perfect location for the sights of old town, watch out for scammers though. some people will tell you that a certain way to arrive is blocked off just to walk you around 10 min and ask for money when you were only 1-2 min away from the original spot you were at.

We were thrilled with our decision to stay here and even ended up spending an extra night. It's a quick and easy walk to the Medina - by Bab (door) Ziat. The dinner restaurant is spectacular in regard to the food and views. The bar also has a wonderful view and a great place to go for a drink. The rooms were spacious and decadent in our opinion. The SPA was a true treat and I'd highly recommend doing a tleast one hamam if not two!

My 4-days stay was amazing. The proprietor was in town from Paris and spent the afternoon and evening giving me a personal walking tour of the old city. This is a very beautiful traditional 'Riad' with great staff and wonderful hospitality.

Dar D'or is the perfect place to stay in Fes! The location is excellent, not in the Medina where you get lost, but right next to it with clear signs that lead you to the door, and very close to the Blue Gate.
