"A wonderful experience. Initially we had an issue with the room - I specifically requested a room with a bath. This was quickly resolved and our room was changed to accommodate our request. The hotel staff are amazing. Very friendly. The gym, pool and amenities are fantastic and the location is perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience."

Also want to special mention our driver whose name was Moon - the hotel was able to book as our driver for the duration of our stay and he was truly exceptional in his professionalism. However, overall our stay didn’t quite meet our expectations. The hotel feels somewhat outdated, and the breakfast selection was fairly average. The location was also less convenient than we had hoped, as it’s a bit far from main attractions. Additionally, the photos online make the property appear more modern than it is in reality."
