Front desk staff went above and beyond to help us. We stayed there in April near end of season. Restaurant ala carte menu was quite good. Lockers for snow equipment very helpful. Great place!

Excellent location, very good staff and superb buffet for breakfast and dinner. Three restaurants on site and plenty of restaurants less than a minute walking. Located right on the village, near the lift for the ski slopes. Only drawbacks are that you can’t use a/c and is a little noisy if you open the windows; also small room for the high price paid. High clorine odor in the floor where spa is located. Would stay again.

Amazing. We booked just two nights then ended up staying a week! We hiked to gorgeous mountain tops with the help of the staff, we lounged by the pool, slept like babies in the comfy beds, bathed like kings in the updated bathrooms and had amazing views from the two rooms we stayed in. My stay was superb. In my travel from Madrid to La Costa Del Sol I found this Gem. A family operated hotel in an amazing beautiful area with astonishing views a beautiful sunsets over looking the Sierra Nevada and villages surrounding it. We loved staying here for a night! The staff was super helpful and the property is located perfectly, with easy walking access to all Guadix has to offer. We stayed on the upper floor with a private terrace and it was incredible with views of Guadix and the Sierra Nevada, definitely worth the upgrade.

Everyone was so helpful from the front desk to the servers at breakfast. Fabulous location. Truly steps away from the Alhambra entrance. Very tranquil and nicely finished. Beautiful and safe walk down into town - nature filled locarion. I will be back!!

Siam at the front desk made our trip wonderful. She guided us with maps, tour set-ups, and most of all: kindness. The hotel was quaint and comfortable and we had an amazing balcony room with a view of Alhambra. Definitely the highlight of our trip. Note: Like many European hotels, there is no elevator.

Perfect location to explore Granada. The staff was tremendous and helpful and the amenities were wonderful We found this a very restful and delightful hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel

The place was gorgeous and staff were superb. Room was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed though that the 20% off on food and beverage could not be used in the bar eating area and applied only in the main dining room.

Convenience to Alhambra, old neighborhoods of Granada, dining and shopping options was outstanding. Hotel has lots of character and is nicely updated to include all amenities one would expect in a modern hotel. Overall a fantastic stay, better than anticipated! Only downsides are that parking is limited and quite tricky (though hotel staff is very helpful in this regard) and the breakfast buffet is very limited especially for the cost (15 Euros, I believe).
