"We were in town for just one night attending a late night World Cup match. With so much turnover and being fully booked (so it seemed) it could have been different but the staff were so friendly and professional! We were four of us and needed some extra linens and they were very quick to assist us. The vibes were also great - in the lobby they had a watch party, photo ops, and a DJ during happy hour 😆. I think the best thing was that the pillows were amazing - I've stayed in some really nice hotels but the pillows were floppy and sad but these were so nice and firm and comfortable. It's really well located, just a block and some to public transport, and walking distance to city center, and the Reading Terminal Market. The two cons I can think of are that parking there is crazy expensive and not included in stay, though that's pretty typical for city hotels; We found an uncovered lot nearby for half the price. The other con is that the bathroom area is what I would say "designed without women in mind" - there was just a single soap dish on the shower wall, so nowhere to place personal toiletries except on the floor, no hooks or towel bars by the sink, and the lighting around the mirrors wasn't great. Other than that, it was very nice, the room spacious and comfy, and would stay again!"

"The room and property were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wish that there was more signage about where things are, like the pool, and when the restaurants close and stop serving food. Not a whole ton of food options nearby, so pack at least a lunch or something. Parking was easy as they have a friendly valet."
