People were so kind and friendly....always willing to help. Special thank you to the front desk young lady Karine...she was absolutely awesome, sweet and with a smile on her face every time . Yes! Dinners are the second best things...menu is limited but the food is absolutely delicious and well presented. The service at the restaurant is fantastic...it was truly a pleasure. The 4 stars are for the cleanliness...our room (Annex room) was not vacuumed during our stay. Since it's basically a hiking place your boots are always dirty even if you leave them at the door. Just something to improve. "

"This isn't a review of the hotel, but the communications. Bad weather delayed my flight by a couple of days. I tried reaching out by a couple of different methods to move my dates, but heard nothing. I was very excited to stay, but I wouldn't recommend booking due to the lack of communication. "
