"Parking situation is horrrible $75 a day is just ridiculous besides that not a bad hotel"

"It is a further walk than it looks. The hotel is huge so you may have a long walk from the elevator to your room. Parking is $49 per night in the hotel parking lot. Room and hotel were extremely clean and very comfortable beds. I was out of a few of the soap and lotion containers but the filled them within the day. They need a mobile way to check out when you use the parking structure. I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes to check out. Starbucks in the lobby was handy but their crew...

"Room was not pleasant at all we found someone’s dirty socks in between one of the chairs!! Room had a very eggy smell parking is 35 dollars a night even though there lot was always full staff wouldn’t answer calls when calling to the room was left on hold for 10mins then another 10mins just for them to not answer and hang up it’s a 200 deposit which is ludicrous the place is old and run down wasn’t a great experience for me and my family"

"This was the best place to stay. From when you walk in and smell the amazing clean hotel scent, to the best check-in and the housekeeping is the best. They accommodate anything you need and are incredibly kind. Both the Cabo Wabo and Surf Hero Market Place was amazing. Angel who works in the Surf Hero was very kind and helpful. 2 min from the ocean. Would stay here again."

"My room was a good size and it was very clean. The pool area was amazing. I reserved my room for 3 nights and had no problems the first 2 nights. On the evening of the 3rd night, the power went out in part of my room. I only had full power in the bathroom which meant I had to charge my phone in the bathroom and use the coffee maker in the bathroom. The only light working in the general area were the little lights over the bed. I couldn't even watch turn on the TV. I called the desk around 9pm...
