"I was very unhappy with the cost of having to pay to park and that it was not listed clearly that it was $50...It was a flat rate and should of been listed on the booking...I would of stayed somewhere different that I did not have to pay that additional amount as that brought it over the cost of other options I could have chosen and it was not mentioned to me by the staff until my card had been run...This soured me on the experience as I just driven from Savannah and was just looking for a place to sleep for the night"

"Not much options in breakfast. TV is very old. Fan was not working in bathroom. Door lock was not working properly. No iron in room. "

"Completely renovated hotel from the carpet through and including the bathrooms. Spotless in lobby, restaurant, gym, halls and the rooms. Very clean and quiet! The black out shades were so effective we slept 9 -10 hours, which has never happened. Staff super friendly and helpful. Looking for to staying here again. Chris Ng and the other Chris were very helpful!"

"The hotel itself was very clean, in a great location, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We really appreciated how convenient everything was and how well the property was maintained. However, the breakfast buffet was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price. It was far too expensive for what was offered. The food quality was poor—particularly the scrambled eggs, which were honestly some of the worst we’ve had. To make matters worse, when we arrived at the restaurant, even the glasses had an unpleasant smell, which made for a very bad start to the day. Overall, while the hotel and staff were great, the dining experience needs serious improvement."
