"I was moved to another IHG property(Holiday Inn) for a water issue. It was as expected. Not great. The sink didn't drain and the toilet doesn't fill quickly. Mattress was not what I was hoping for...didn't get much sleep. The elevators were also getting worked on so waits for an elevator at times was over 5 min."

"Nice and clean throughout the hotel. Remarkably good pullout bed from the couch (for what it is, compared to others I’ve slept on.) Nice and quiet room. Friendly and attentive staff. Good assortment and rotation of offerings for breakfast. Great stay overall! Will be back if we’re in the area. 👍"

"Best buffet breakfast we have had in a long time! Room OK with good maid service. Hotel understaffed. No doorman to greet you and help with luggage or give advice on nearby restaurants, etc. Only 2 people at front desk. WARNING: We booked for 4 nights and had to leave after staying 2 nights....PENALTY FOR CHECKING OUT EARLY A FULL NIGHTS COST OF $325. EXPEDIA SHOULD WARN ABOUT SUCH A POLICY. Also note hotel is about is a mile or so from the subway station in Crystal City....walkable but not very safe at night. Also, they say the shuttle runs every 20 minutes...but the hotel staff does not monitor it at all."
