"I’ve stayed in 4 hotels in Italy and this has been the best. What I appreciate the most is that the staff is helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was included in our stay and was delightful because it saved us money and time. The staff let us store our bags for free while we explored Venice after checking out. The hotel is also located near the central, which made it very convenient to travel to Venice proper by taking a single tram. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is great, the price is reasonable, the room was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s truly a gem here in Mestre. Thank you to the staff."

"Accessible hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I did not use the gym or spa to comment on. The hotel is easily accessible by taxi, bus or on foot. As the weather was good I used the opportunity to walk from the hotel into Treviso town centre and it was no less than 20 minutes if that to the bus/train station."

"We had stay one night on our way to catch flight to Poland. The frond desk arranged the Taxi to pick us up the night before. Since our flight is around 11:00am, we should be pickup by 9:00am the latest. However, by 9:15, still no car, and we were informed there is no car this morning to pick us that morning. They are very sorry about that. It leave us in the tough situation, only less than 2 hours left, we had to find Uber or anything to get us to the airport."
