"Good hotel overall. Cool design. The location isn’t great if you want to be close to restaurants, etc. We stayed three nights and it was perfect. The private beach was okay – somewhat dirty. The room cleaning wasn’t great – tables weren’t wiped and towels weren’t replaced, only the bed was made and the trash emptied. Very good and varied breakfast. Overall, good for a few days."

A nice pool which I could have all to myself, a spacious but somewhat run-down room, a bed which is way too stiff for my taste, an elevator that runs to the previous floor only... In the middle of an authentic neighborhood (which I found interesting), close to water but not to a beach with swimming. No idea why it is listed as a 5-star property on Hotels.com: a solid 3 stars in "

"I have a reservation for 3 nights and when I went to go check in they said they had no available rooms. My group & I arrived in late that night and was exhausted, we were looking forward to getting our rooms and resting. But that wasn’t the case. How can you give away rooms that was already reserved? Either they don’t use online booking sites or keep their words & have available rooms for reservations. I am totally dissatisfied with my experience with this hotel. I do not recommend for future guests."

"The air conditioning did not work in the room yesterday. Maintenance crew, which was basically two young kids came up to fix it three times with no luck. I was very sick and the room was freezing. They offered to move me but I was shivering in bed and couldn’t move. The sheets all had stains on them and the service crew were not good at understanding English. The stay here was very difficult and I hope there is some form of compensation offered for the trouble "
