"Quirky layout, but what got us was the HVAC system temp is pre-set so the guest can only change the temp by up to +/- 3 C. Which kept the room way too hot for us. We did not get much sleep."

"The air conditioner is off centrally. For two days , the afternoon was warm to bother us . The room was clean but there were holes in the cover sheet on the bed . Very very very small washroom . You barely could close the door even though we are average size people and it has distance from the sink which is very strange . So the design of the room is not good. The location is good and has helpful and very patient staff."

"My wife was extremely pleased with the perfect location and accommodations. Hotel staff excellent and very helpful with answering our questions about restaurant choices and sites. Very efficient check in. Excellent breakfast. On the last day of our stay we had an early flight and much to our surprise the staff provided breakfast and snacks to take with us. What an amazingly nice and thoughtful thing, and was a reminder of just how welcoming and attentive this fine hotel is. They have really set a high standard. Well done !!"

"Liked the excellent location near the Opera House and other major attractions. The large room with two beds is also a positive point. The staff helpful, and attentive. The negative points are three : the bad illumination at the elevators and the hall in front of them. Its too dark. One cannot forget that this is a classy hotel and not a suspicious night club. The breakfast at the week end was poor mainly with few choices of fresh fruits. Disgusting was when at the check out the porter called a taxi for the airport and the price was much above the normal fare. Despite asked the driver didn't use the meter. Porter scam with taxi drivers ???"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was neat, very clean, and a great size, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was good, but with so many charming coffee shops nearby, we only ate there once! The absolute highlight is the location – it's in the heart of everything, with attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops just steps away. Perfect for exploring Vienna on foot. Highly recommended!"

"Upon arriving we were well greeted by staff and offered water or sparkling wine after our long flight from Seattle. All of the staff spoke English which was very pleasant. Enjoyed wonderful room service that arrived promptly after our order was placed. Excellent service at the restaurant. We enjoyed our visit at thw Vienna Marriott and wish we could have stayed longer. "
