"L'appartemento era pulito, non ho avuto contatti con l'host, ma le chiavi erano in una cassettina con la combinazione. Appartamento spazioso ideale per famiglie, supermercato raggiungibile a piedi"

"Communication was excellent and the accommodation was exceptionally clean."

"This property was absolutely beautiful! Extremely elegant and comfortable! The views from the private patio and balcony were amazing!! The island of Murano was an easy trip to Venice and Burano by water bus. Communication with Elodie was always pleasant!! "

"We stayed at this location for 2 nights and it was a perfect place for a quiet rest. We were able to enjoy the restaurants in the neighborhood and the roof view was beautiful."

"Nice studio apartment in Venice. Modern. Clean. Comfortable. Not too far from everything. We had issues with the online check in process but mainly due to an error on Expedia's side. And when things were not working, the host helped us quickly. Just make sure you contact the property in advance. Otherwise nice spot."

"Great place for family stay. Highly recommended "

"The Host was very helpful when we arrive and getting back in to the apartment after forgetting something when we left. Their actions ensure both a pleasant stay and happy return home."

"Communication with owner was really easy. He was really helpful and recommended some restaurant and they were really nice ones. Easy to get around all touristy spots from the house, supermarket is around the corner as well. Thank you, Gian."

"All was good however the picture of the exterior of the building provided is misleading. The picture is the building across. Not that this impacted our stay."

"From my sons: Martin was super considerate and made check-in very easy, everything was really clean and there was a washer dryer, and the AC works very well. The apartment was really nicely furnished and comfortable and the location was fantastic - close to everything but quiet and close to a great bridge. Loved it!"

"Great place! Wonderful location. Downside: needs better curtains on master bedroom windows and air conditioners didn’t really cool down the rooms on hot days"
