"Very nice place, well maintained, decent breakfast options, pool, hot-tub, and even a sauna(super hot). The rooms were clean out whirl pool was one of the best ones I have been in(#119) the water was super hot as well. Price was good too"

"This was a nice condo with a kitchenette, coffee pot and microwave. It had a large shower that was really nice. This unit didn't have a whirlpool tub, which was fine, since it was 4th of July weekend, we weren't in the mood for a hot bath. Nice, quiet and the balcony was nice. Pretty view of Lake Superior. Parking out front of the building. Large bed and comfortable. Chairs and ottoman for sitting and relaxing after our hikes. Would have been nice to have dish soap in the kitchenette. My husband said that something to pad the door so that every time someone else in the building opened their door or the front door, it wouldn't rattle the door to our unit would be nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"An ideal location, with a fabulous view of Lake Superior. Large decks on every room, really relaxing. The hotel is a bit outdated, the keycard readers were hit and miss, the front desk is not well staffed, but it was an enjoyable stay. There is a light breakfast in the morning, nothing to write home about. We did have an eagle fly past the deck multiple times each day, that was amazing! I recommend staying if you are looking for a low key weekend with a fabulous view."

"This lodge has it all; beautiful setting, adequate bedrooms for a large crew, spacious rooms for hanging out and a a fabulous deck. We had a wonderful time and everyone in our group has mentioned wanting to come back. We had a group ages 18-82 and the space accommodated us all. We appreciated the views of the river and the easy access to many of the nearby state parks. Additionally, the screened-in porch was perfect during a rainy day and the game table fit us comfortable for some poker matches. One of our group needed to work a couple of the days and the office met their needs efficiently. We can't wait to come back!"

"Decor, and view were amazing. Beds comfy. Our daughter did wash her sheets, as they had animal hair. Furniture was not very comfortable. The property was simply amazing. Never spoke with the hosts, because they made it seemless"
