We stayed for 2 nights in July. Anantya Serengeti was so well maintained and clean. The hotel was situated in a beautiful location, which encouraged animals to roam the grounds. The first night, we encountered two buffalos. The second night, a family of thirty over elephants walked infront of our room. The bedrooms were spaced out to give privacy.
The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, however the packed lunches were not good.
One incident marred our stay, where the rangers had set...

Recently opened luxury tented camp, Very nicely appointed and decorated tents. “Resident” wild buffalo come over to visit camp at night. Service is very good and attention to detail is fabulous . The camp currently does not provide game drives, so it is important to have your own car with a driver in order to go on safari

Great place to stop over on your way in or out of the Serengeti. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. I had made a mistake with my booking but they still honoured it.

Spending two nights at Kananga Special Tented Camp was the most incredible experience. Waking up in the Serengeti and seeing the sun start to rise was so special. My daughter and I did a self drive and the tips given to us by the managers John Shana and Mohamed were very useful. All of our meals were prepared by Chef William with careful attention to our likes/allergies. Emanuel was our waiter who would even bring us tea after a days' drive so we could enjoy the view of the Serengeti from...

You can't drive to Hotel when coming from International airports, Google stated 4hr drive - when talking to Hotel friendly staff they said the actual drive would take approx 10hr or more. So when booking take in mind you have to fly by air to a Local Air Strip - SEU Serengeti / "Seronera". There is a few companies that do commercial local flight and only fly when daylight outside they DON'T fly at night (Coastal Aviation/Regional Air Services/Auric Air /ZanAir and maybe few more).
