"De eerste ervaring bij aankomst was slecht. Zo leken ze verrast door onze aankomst en werd er wat apathisch gereageerd. Vanwege de regentijd was het hotel bovendien niet in staat handdoeken te leveren (want die konden niet worden gedroogd) zodat we die zelf moesten kopen. Verder was agv het regenseizoen het beddengoed in de eerste nacht zo vochtig dat we er niet op konden slapen. We were fortunate to have an upgrade to a large 61m ocean view suite which was extremely comfortable. All staff were extremely helpful and with big smiles. First time we have stayed at this chain of resorts and best we have experienced."

"Amazing staff who looked after us so attentively throughout with amazing and friendly service which made the holiday. The property is immaculate on a beautiful beach setting. Very quiet and perfect for a relaxing break. Food was varied and kept interesting. Fantastic breakfasts in particular though meat and fish dishes were a bit disappointing - generally very tough and left us feeling guilty at having to leave food that could’ve been improved. But overall a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to return"

"On it's own away from the outside area, this is an excellent property. The beach can be accessed by others but that is not an issue and the beach traders are not intrusive. Shopping, dining, leasure and activities all catered for on site but trips out can also be organised from within the complex. But the the thing that makes this place are the staff, from the gardening team to head chef, each and every one was courteous, helpful and happy. Well done staff you make this place."
