"The room was clean and comfortable. This property has more of a local vibe, more Spanish speakers than English- but it’s México so normally for the native language to be used more. I didn’t have any issues with the staff, even if you don’t speak Spanish you can usually communicate. The food is good, not great. The way you have to set reservations for specialty dining is inconvenient, you have to wake up at 7am to go stand in a line before all slots are taken. The beach is nice, but there are a lot of vendors and banda groups, so it can be a little loud. If you have a quiet relaxing stay in mind this might not be the right place. But it’s affordable and fun. Drinks are strong and plentiful. "

"The hotel claimed to be pet friendly with breakfast included. My dog is a service dog and was reluctantly allowed. There was no breakfast included. One of our towels was stained. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
