"Staff went truly above and beyond — a highlight of our trip The location is excellent — metro right on the doorstep, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and lively side streets full of shops, young energy, and things to do. A great base for exploring the city. Breakfast is decent without being remarkable. The food is tasty but the selection is limited, so if variety matters to you in the morning, you might prefer heading out to one of the many options nearby — the neighbourhood makes that easy. The rooms are very comfortable — great beds, quality pillows, and an impressively large TV. Street noise can be an issue for light sleepers; the hotel does provide earplugs, which helps. There's also some construction nearby, though that was less noticeable than the street itself. The pool is genuinely good — well-maintained, plenty of sunbeds, and attentive service. It opens at 10am and there's no bar on site, so bring your own drinks if you plan to spend time there. A special mention for the staff. We had left a jacket at a previous hotel and the team here went out of their way to arrange a courier pickup — organising everything through a service that normally only operates for private individuals. That level of care and effort is rare and made a real impression on us."
