"The room was clean and very convenient to be so close to the Terminal with a young child but the room lacked plug sockets next to the bed and a couple of the light switches didn’t work. A good stay though"

"Breakfast was included in the booking and it was great with a good variety. The waiting staff was very efficient and attentive towards the customer needs. Front office staff were friendly and explained clearly about what they offer. This was our second stay here. Will definitely stay here if and when we get another opportunity to visit. "

"Fantastic place to stay on a layover. Staff were AMAZING - let me check in a little early after a long haul red eye which I appreciated immensely!!! Comfortable beds, amazing breakfast and extremely well equipped fitness center and pool. The breakfast buffet is totally worth the 20£. Eggs and pancakes made on the spot. Walking distance to terminal 4, Elizabeth line and Underground. Wonderful hotel and my new go to for layovers at Heathrow."
