"The hotel is beautiful. It's also conveniently located near MBS. I lived that it was connected to a mall and the train station. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from, without leaving the vicinity of the hotel. Also, the rooms are very comfortable and have amazing views. I stayed in a room that faces the MBS and it was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again when I come back to Singapore. "

"Beautiful hotel in a fabulous position in Singapore.. we had a room in the south tour and upgraded to a Fairmont gold room … which included use of the gold lounge with happy hour 5.30- 7.30 free food and drinks! And a lovely breakfast. On checkout day we were able to use the lounge until we left 👍 the view from the room (2331) was simply stunning."

"Over the years I have spent hundreds of nights here. It is by far my favorite hotel on this planet. The hotel itself is amazing. The location is awesome. So many restaurants and terrific retail. Quick hop to the airport. Above all else, the staff at the hotel are extraordinary. As I leave today, I’m not sad because I’m coming back next week."

"The service was excellent. Especially the young lady from the front desk, she went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. It’s a shame I can’t remember her name. I particular liked the fact they left a welcoming note in the room specifically addressing to me. It was personalized and touching. breakfast was delicious. I appreciate everything. Thank you guys."

"Location was good - 20 minute walk to Gardens by the Bay. - 7 minute walk to subway - attached to shopping mall and food court Room was clean and bed comfortable; nice view of bay from window "
