"I’m had a double room, it was big, comfortable and clean. Staff were poor, the management of check-in wasn’t good. The property is difficult to navigate. The free boat to Canary Wharf is super convenient. All I’d say about the hotel is it is technically a hostel, if you go with that in mind you’ll be surprised if you expect a hotel, you’ll be disappointed"

"What we say but Wow! Easy to find with street sign directions from Canary Wharf tube station, we’d called the number ahead to check which of their 2 buildings we needed to check in to, there was a short queue to wait our turn very busy with marathon the next day. but process very easy - we had an upgrade early check-in & late checkout thanks to Hotels.com VIP perks. We had a cozy studio with kitchenette, comfy double bed & en-suite walkin shower, bathroom, bath sheet sized towels & lovely scented cleansers etc. ALL looked brand new and impeccably clean. No food provided apart from tea & coffee but you buy limited supplies in lobby or the grocery store nearby. Espresso/coffee/tea/ hot chocolate/cold milk available from machine in the lounge our lounge was on top floor with rooftop terrace. Fabulous. We even watched part of the London marathon from that terrace. There’s also a gym but we didnt use it. We booked 2rooms as we were all attending a music event nearby. We are definitely planned a repeat stay!!! Loved it. "

"Nice big room, kept perfectly clean by the staff with a good size bathroom and air con. A comfortable hotel with easy access to major roads and train stations. A marstons pub is co located with a range of beers, bar food and carvery. They do breakfast there, but we didnt use it for breakfast. "

"The staff were efficient,the room pleasant however, overlooking the railway line at the rear of the hotel meant that the trains and tube running all night were extremely noisy. Ear plugs were provided but made little difference. Breakfast was good but because of the modern, flashy, seating area, there are plenty of seats but not enough tables leading to numerous business types precariously balancing plates, bowls and cups of coffee on their knees while eating. The breakfast area looks lovely but in reality is ill thought out and impractical. I think perhaps this hotel is aimed at a younger more trendy clientele than I fit into."

"Very basic for cost"

"Stayed for one night while attending a concert at the O2 and it was exactly what we needed. Great location right next to the airport, with friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. The bed was spot on after a long day. There’s a bus stop just around the corner which made getting to the venue really easy, especially as the tubes were on strike at the time. Ideal for a short stay and would happily return."
