"Very convenient and plenty of room to moor our boat overnight. Access to the bay was excellent. Houses in the canal had lovely lighting creating a very relaxing atmosphere at night. House had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I do have to say however that the interior stairs were a little too steep for our aging knees."

Some of the highlights of this place were the private pier, beautiful little tropical community, and proximity to Fulton Beach rd. The neighbors were great, I don’t know why they were mentioned as a negative in the past but as long as you follow the booking rules then no problem. As far as anything negative, I would probably say it would be nice to have a bbq grill available....
