"We had a lovely stay at Dream Chiado. Checking in process was quick and all communication was timely and helpful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a bigger suite which was a nice surprise and great way to end our Portugal vacation. The suite was modern with 3 separate balconies overlooking one of the many hilly thoroughfares which we loved. The bed linen was oh so crisp and comfortable."

"O quarto é bom mas somente a cama de casal é boa! O segundo quarto tem duas camas adaptadas, uma razoável e a outra ruim, pois é colocado o colchão numa estrutura que não é firme, impossível de dormir. Outro problema que nos fez dar uma nota mediana é que o cheiro de foça no quarto e muito forte, pedimos para verificarem mas nada foi resolvido. A localização é excelente! A equipe muito atenciosa. No entanto devido a esses problemas não voltaríamos."
