"The house was nice and clean. There were 14 members of our family celebrating Christmas at this wonderful house. We really enjoyed the game room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals for the 2 nights we were there. We would definitely stay there again! "

"We always enjoy staying at the cottage in the cove! Julie is a great host and her rental has great amenities. We went during winter so didn’t use the lake or swim deck. We spent our time in front of the fireplace, cooking a big breakfast, playing board games or enjoying the screened in porch. We visit Smith Lake yearly and let our kids pick the rental for this trip. All four voted for Cottage in the Cove! They adore the screened in porch with ping pong, hammocks and foosball. We are ready to come back in the summer. We like to rent the cabin next door too when we have a larger group. The docks are close and it’s a good set up when multiple rentals are needed. "
