The bathroom sink was stained and chipped. The white towels were stained. The picture on your website does not match the room."

"We had a lovely stay at the Grand Hinckley Inn! The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to relax. The staff were warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our visit. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub area—well-maintained and perfect for unwinding. A great spot for a restful getaway!"

Chipping paint, outdated & worn plumbing fixtures and a door that barely closed enough to use a tiny deadbolt. Glad I was in a low crime area!"
