The front desk employee (did not catch his name) was very nice from checking in to checking out. The room was clean, cozy, and pleasing. My partner and I just needed a hotel for the night to get to the Zurich airport fast- but we would book again in the future for something clean, convenient, and fast! "

"You have to pay for parking daily about €16 per day so there’s no free parking even if you’re paying hundreds for the room. The housekeeping service was poor, and we constantly had to request it. They don’t clean daily, and they will skip your room if you don’t ask. There’s also no gym or free breakfast, unlike competing hotels nearby. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Room was a good size but rather hot. Apparently, a/c system was in winter mode. Opening windows was rather noisy from street/people activity. Excellent breakfast. Even though coffee machine in room did not always work properly, a staff member came to look at it immediately. Very nice staff. No restaurant, other than for breakfast. There was a bar, but it was not open on Sunday. Very good location for visiting St Gallen by foot and very close to station."
