"Very nice friendly staff at this traditional hotel with heritage lift to all floors. Centrally located and convenient for Train Station and centre of Bern Room was clean, tidy and confortable."

"We're happy with our stay in La Pergola hotel. Staffs were very friendly and always happy to welcome us everytime we're back in the hotel. The room is spacious for 3 adults and comfy. The breakfast is great, looks fresh and healthy."

"We had an overall positive experience, the room was comfortable, it provided complimentary water bottles and comfy pillows. The private restroom could improve by giving a detailed cleaning to the shower tiles. A plus is that the room included breakfast -buffet style- which was really good with several options and great bread/pastries. Its location was perfect for us, close to the center and to public transportation."

"We booked 2 rooms both small for Europe standards. The one room smelled like sewage when you entered and we had to leave the window open all night. We arrived late and only had it for one night thankfully. The other room had no smell though. Location is good for restaurants, shopping, coffee, and tourism. The train station is very convenient for those traveling with out a car. Grocery store is close as well."

"Centrally located. Couple small things need attention; fridge kept items warm, could use a little upkeep. Also free drink for green option; but…apparently one sparkling water for my wife was 12 francs, so about $20 Canadian. That seems utterly ridiculous."

"There’s some kind of issue with the noise the doors make as they close. It sounds like they are closing right into your room. The air conditioning was on power save the whole time and it was warm in the room with no air circulation. It would have been nice if the window wasn’t locked shut. The robot pizza making machine didn’t work but wasn’t marked as broken. The rooftop bar was nice and bartender was very nice. Front desk staff were nice and helpful."
