"We had planned to stay at this hotel after driving for 7 hours, but unfortunately our reservation was cancelled just 4 hours before check-in. A staff member kindly called us and did their best to find an alternative hotel, which we truly appreciated. We were also advised to email regarding possible compensation for a future stay. However, we have not received any response. This was very disappointing, as we had been looking forward to our visit. While we understand that unexpected situations can occur, the way customers are treated afterwards makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience has left us feeling reluctant to stay with your hotel again unless the situation is properly addressed."
