"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Nicht alles ist ganz neu, aber das unterstreicht den Charme des Hauses. Highlights waren für uns die große mit Wein überwachsene Terrasse und die vielen schattigen Plätzchen, z.B. unter dem Orangenbaum am Pool. Klitzekleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Matratzen in den Betten waren für uns eher hart, das ist sicher Geschmackssache. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert."

"My husband & I and two other couples stayed at Penelope Home for 5 nights. The home is located about halfway between the 2 airports on Crete. (About an hour each direction) We liked the central location and enjoyed hikes, caves, the beach and other activities. The suggestions for restaurants and bakeries by our host were spot on. The host also handled our transfers which was very much appreciated."

"We were very happy for our stay in Villa Sofia. We were 4 generations – my husband and I, our son and daughter in law, our 5 grandchildren with wife/girl/boyfriends and our great grandson age 3½ year. A house with 7 bedrooms was needed – and Villa Sofia were perfect- with 3 separated apartments. The landlord had arranged a big table for us so we all could be together for the meals. "We enjoyed a fantastic week here - a very comfortable and chilled out place. A clean, modern villa, ideal for a couple with everything you would need. There is also a large terrace overlooking the pool where we spent much time relaxing. "Our holiday at Villa VerdeBlu was brilliant. The villa was exactly as it is pictured in the listing. The views are beautiful and watching the sunset from the top floor every evening before dinner was amazing. Our 2 girls both enjoyed the pool every day and it was warm enough to still be in there on an evening while the BBQ was cooking. "wer wirkliche Ruhe sucht ist in diesem Haus genau richtig ! abseits vom Trubel und doch nur 5 min. von Strand und vielen Tavernen entfernt ! die Dachterrasse lädt zum Frühstück mit Meerblick ein oder aber einfach nur inmitten von Olivenbäumen, Schafen und Ziegen zu entspannen ! wir haben es sehr genossen hier Urlaub zu machen und wir kommen sicher wieder ! "Sehr fürsorgliche Hausbetreuung! Brachte uns einen Heizkörper, organisierte ein Frühstück mit Geburtstagstorte - immer erreichbar und schnelle Antwort bei Fragen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, bequem und zentral im Ort - gegenüber der Taverne gelegen. Wir waren vermutlich die ersten Gäste nach dem Winter - so fehlten noch alle Abwaschutensilien und Getränke zum aufbrühen..."
