"Before I get into all the negatives of this place, let me say that if your plan is to bring a group of children to a place with multiple pools, buffet meals, and hourly activities, Chrispy World is not so bad. "I’d say this is a very quiet hotel. On the first night the air conditioning wasn’t working in my room which made it very difficult to sleep. They fixed the issue immediately. I did notice that the cleaners didn’t change the bed sheets and they didn’t give me clean towels on my first night. I didn’t spend that much time in the area but it seemed safe. The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. The pool doesn’t open until around 9.30 and closes at 6pm and the bar was only open 9-11pm"

"Lina & Dimitri were wonderful hosts and always made sure we had a comfortable stay. They offered us cold drinks like ice coffe, when we relaxed at the pool area. The apartment itself was cosy and we had our own balcony. The air condition also worked perfectly during the hot days. There was a bus station just outside Iliaktida apartments, so it was easy to take the bus to Chania and other places in Crete. "When we pulled up at the Selini Suites we thought we had made a bit of a mistake. The surrounding area was sparse with not a great deal going on. "Location perfect. Walkable to old town and harbour in 7 mins. The hotel had parking (valet) which was amazing and made it easy. Just drive in and dump car. The breakfast was amazing. So fresh and so many options. The room was great, good AC and a comfy bed. The main area where it excelled was the staff! Always a smile and they always went out of their way to help us with any request. Thank you team Kydon!! "
