"The house overall was lovely and peaceful. The house and grounds are huge so plenty of space for 9 of us. The kitchen is well stocked, the dining table is huge and there is a great games room with table tennis, table football, darts, air hockey, etc. It's worth pointing out (particularly to those coming from the UK where it's not the norm) that towels and bed linens are not provided. It does say this in the contract so it was our fault for not realising, but just worth pointing out so that...

"Echt een vakantiehuis waar je tot rust kan komen. Alles is aanwezig. Het vakantiehuis was schoon, ruim en goed gemeubileerd met een mooie, groot buitenterras. Zeer rustige omgeving."

Da es für uns direkt auf dem Weg lag, war der Umweg kaum wahrnehmbar. Leider ist dort kein Mitarbeiter dauerhaft vor Ort, was ich persönlich sehr schade fand aber der Sache keinen Abbruch gab. Der Vorraum des Gebäudes ist rund um die Uhr zugänglich. Dort bekommt man das bestellte HolidayKit und auf der Rückseite kann man sich zugebuchte...

"Alles schmutzig, Es hat ein Schlafzimmer gefehlt, der Stromzähler befand sich hinter einer verschlossenen Tür, überall Ameisenfallen ausgelegt, Badezimmer ist schrecklich und ekelig. Es ist einfach zu teuer für das Geld. Vorallem traurig, dass die Anzeige nicht stimmt. Die Bilder in der Anzeige entspricht nicht"

"House was well equiped and situated. Enough to do in and around the house for children and adults. The pool and temperature were ok. The jacuzzi was not clean. Even though a cleaning company comes twice a week to clean the pool and jacuzzi. We were glad that we weren’t 16 people because the bedrooms and bathrooms are rather small. More suitable for 10-12 people max. The expectations and contract are different from vrbo and Novasol, so that there is confusion about payments, amounts, caution,...

"Complete nightmare. The holiday home was filthy on arrival: a dirty garbage bin, balcony covered in bird droppings, foul-smelling back wall, and unwashed dishes. We even had to clean up items left by previous guests. Despite this, DanCenter is charging a €30 cleaning fee, claiming we left it dirty. This is an outright lie, and we have photos to prove it. "The hotel was clean, towels changed daily. Great breakfast buffet. Well equipped room - hairdryer, coffee making facilities, hairdryer, a fridge and TV. Great location for the attractions. "

"We absolutely loved the resort, well maintained and so much for the kids to do. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious. The only downside was the blinds in our lodge were not blackout. Also, we didnt have a car as we flew and our lodge was one of the furthest away (15 mins from check-in desk) which was a bit of a pain when lugging suitcases, however a shuttle bus does run every 30 mins which you can use. Regardless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definately return. "

"This hotel was very quaint. It was clean and the room was large, with a sitting area. It has a very homey and welcome feel to it. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. We needed help navigating the logistics to get from Billund to Copenhagen and the staff helped us find the right apps to download and direct us to the bus stop. The app also helped with public transportation in Copenhagen. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold food options. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very good for kids; open area, multiple playgrounds, activities in restaurant & reception. There's even a mini golf area in the corner of the site. Cabin was a little small especially the beds. The double was just 2 single mattresses put together. Bring your own sheets or pay for Legoland own. The lighting was dim but gave us an idea of what it would be like in 'the wild west.' Overall it was good but if we was to book again I would consider Ninjago cabins which looked much bigger."
