One of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever lived in: even the curtains did not feel dirty to the touch. Nice room, large bathroom, excellent situation in the town, nice view. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, firm but not hard. The TV in the room was rather small, but I don't watch. Did not have the opportunity to try the hotel food. Large rooms very considerate staff,food in the bar was good,no idea why this hotel only gets a three rating - I would score significantly higher than three stars. Great shopping for Irish produced clothing

Our visit to Ireland was made even better by our stay at the Seaview House Hotel. It's not your average hotel, but that was okay for us. It is surrounded by beautiful, scenic gardens. Bantry and Glengarriff are close by (5 miles) with little shops,restaurants, and boat rides available. The people at Seaview House Hotel were very accommodating and very kind. Nice relaxing atmosphere.
