"This is an updated, clean, vibrant and comfortable hotel. It is a good value with convenient covered parking which was important for this particular stay. Lots of breakfast choices for guests in the morning. I would have rated it even higher except we spent the first night in a lower floor room on the tram side of the building. The noise from the gates plus the bells ringing when the tram doors close can be heard throughout the night. The staff did move us for our second night."

"The hotel and property were excellent overall, especially in terms of cleanliness. The parking lot was well kept and felt safe and organized, which set a good first impression right away. The rooms had recently been remodeled, so everything felt fresh and updated, but the design leaned “vanilla,” with a very neutral, almost overly safe style that didn’t have much personality. The staff really stood out in a positive way. Everyone from housekeeping to the front desk was top-notch, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. That level of service made a big difference and honestly carried the experience. Breakfast was decent and covered the basics: cereal, juice, fruit, pastries, and pre-cooked sausage and eggs. Nothing fancy, but it got the job done and was consistent with what you’d expect. Overall, it was a very clean, comfortable stay with great staff, just a bit bland in atmosphere and food variety. Solid experience, just not very memorable in style For the price and overall value A+ and worth it!"

"So to start these bed are wall to wall like chris brown said! And second the staff wasnt helpful, the tv kept saying no signal so the tv didnt work,the bar soap was bad quality as well as the very thin toilet paper. Our toilet qas clogged the worker said come by to get one and then asked for my id and returned and said "uhh well we dont have one i dont know where it is" and then told me to just go ask houskeeping. And the first night we had dudes partying next door on a wendnesday trying to enter my room banging on walls drunk yelling outside. Ill never come back here as someone with kids."

"My feedback on my stay at Sonesta Select Tempe Downtown from June 5th to June 7th. I was disappointed to find the pool and hallway carpets dirty, the elevator poorly maintained, and the day staff unprofessional. I hope this information helps improve the guest experience at this location."
