"Very elegant hotel, however apart from breakfast no other meals available in the restaurant only in the bar area. The area around the nightclub, level one, was unkempt. The bath/shower in the bedroom difficult and potentially dangerous to access for older residents and there was no written information about the surrounding area. Bus times to the city and a street map would have been helpful. All the staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and obliging."

"Modern, clean, well-designed and decorated. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and, despite having a room over-looking a main road, I wasn't disturbed by any traffic noise. Plenty of car parking space. One improvement could be the bedside lamps as, given the height of the bed, it was difficult to get enough light on a book to read it."

"Honestly such a great stay and very welcoming to our dog! It was our first time staying away with her and they provided a dog bed and treats for her stay along with bowls for food and water. She also got a sausage for breakfast. We would definitely stay again. Premises was very clean and well kept, the only things that could be improved were very minor and easy to fix such as the sealant in the shower, and kettle in the room was old and slow but everything else was great. Breakfast was great...

"What a beautiful place to stay, so close to the city yet with a country feel and in the most gorgeous surroundings. it was calm and peaceful as well as comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were lovely."

"Ok for a 1 night stay. Staff seemed friendly enough. Room whilst generally clean and bed comfortable was in need of a makeover. There were dusty areas in the corners of the carpet and the shower cubical leaked, as there was no where to hang towel whilst in shower put on floor outside and it got soaking wet. Guess you get what you pay for. Had to pay a £50 security deposit whilst this was made clear when booking I have never been asked to do this before and I have stayed in many many hotels. Also...
