"Horrible stay, we booked the most expensive room, big one, but they sent us to 2 km futher room in villa, very bad condition, very little heating, and they couldn't speak english on the phone. no wifi was sent to us, just a phone number speaking other languages than english and far from the center, some of the things in the flat/bathroom were old and very bad, not even a coffe. The original room on the booking should have 5 beds, this one had one double and 2 big soffas ( very dirty with white...

"Paid our stay on hotels.com, when we got to the hotel we called the host and she told us to go to a supermarket nearby and get the keys. When we got there we were told that we had to pay for 3 nights with cash only. No receipt Double charged amount of our stay"

"Rolig nabolag, nær matvarebutikk og kunne gå til stranden på 20 minutter. Veldig enkelt innredet leilighet over to etasjer. Litt harde senger og dyner og puter av rimelig sort. Rent og med hyggelig vertskap. Men ingen renhold i løpet av de 5 nettene vi bodde der. Enkelt å få hjelp ved behov. God engelsk. Litt skuffet over at vi ikke hadde egen uteplass, trodde ut fra bilder at vi skulle ha dette. "

"Bardzo fajny klimat, dobra cena, czysto, wszystko zadbane, mili właściciele, duże i różnorodne śniadanie, łatwe zakwaterowanie, nie słychać sąsiadów. Pociągów nie słychać wcale, samochody owszem, i to bardzo, ale po instalacji klimatyzacji (była w trakcie) będzie ok, bo okna są dźwiękoszczelne. Polecam. "

"Lugnt läge bredvid Restaurang/bargatan i Sopot, gemensam toalett/dusch i korridoren som man delade på 3 lägenheter..Stora rum med gott om plats. Kylskåp i korridoren.. Fanns glas tallrikar bestick och kokplatta för enklare matlagning. Egna nycklar som man fick ut när man checkade in i restaurangen Pinokio.."

"the hotel is stunning. So close to SKM train by 10 min walk if you do not drive or fancy paying for uber. The most kind and pleasant reception and breakfast staff I experienced. The breakfast choice is wonderful! Spa is amazing and clean and room more than enough space and facilities. We checked out very early before breakfast staff and were given lunch packs to take to the airport with us which contained so much lovely food- sandwiches, salads, fruits, yoghurt and juices/water. I will definitely stay again we loved this hotel so much! thank you💚❤️💚"
