"Room was very spacious, well equipped and comfortable, but the bath needs replacing. Staff attentive and friendly All in all good hotel, would stay again and recommend to others"

"10/10 Great postion for beach / city centre. Marvellous friendly ,helpful staff, good quality breakfast/evening meals , comfortable bed/pillows, fluffy towels, good selection of drinks in the bar, comfy seating in bar , fab Edwardian hotel with a must see staircase and thick plush carpets. I used multi story car park across the road Friday night to Sunday noon £21. I would certainly go back to the Royal hotel. "

"I have given five stars all round as it was well deserved. The bed was very comfortable, there was a wine cooler/fridge and a safe in the room, plenty of hanging and drawer space in the triple wardrobe. The room was much better than we had expected. "
