They must scam the rating system, because they are over 4 stars, was lazy and booked based on that, later saw the reviews and regretted. Booked two nights but left after one. "We upgraded to a deluxe room, which was so grand. Great views from the patio (small table and chairs). Wish we'd had more time to take advantage of the amenities, but dinner at their restaurant (in the Michelin guide) and breakfast outside on their covered patio were lovely. "

"Good hotel, pretty central. The breakfast could have had a better selection. Not impressed with pigeons flying around if you sat outside. Wi-fi reception was not great which was a bit let down. Had to check in at the hotel next door as this one had no check in desk which was a bit odd."

"Terme Hotel is just being renovated, still our room or the outside of the building still look old. The facilities in the room are basic and the bath room quite small, but all in all fine and very clean. Food options in the hotel are rather medium and dinner at the hotel quite late - and there aren't many options around, except for Restaurant Pinija which is in walking distance and really great. All in all for the stay a 4/5. "
