"The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences."

"the staff were friendly and helpful.Food was excellent especially the Giant breakfast!Loved the building and location and right next to Blickling Hall.Fantastic room no3 overlooking the hall.Great outdoor space and beer garden,Not so good if the weather is bad as there;s only a small but cozy snug to have a pre or post dinner drink.Overall a fantastic place to stay ,would definitley go again."

"A lovely property in beautiful grounds. The hosts Su and Paul were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A nice touch was the honesty bar which was well stocked. Breakfast was lovely and more choice than most hotels. I would reccomend a stay to anyone. Thanks Martin and Glennis"

"Lovely stay at the Wellesley. Good value for a basic hotel. Nice comfortable room. Welcome tea, coffee and biscuits. Nice big towels (can't stand the silly little ones you get in some places). Good position away from the main Great Yarmouth area but very easy walk to get there (10 minutes slow walk).Only place I've stayed in where you can't have food or alcohol in the room but rules is rules and i saw that from reading reviews before we booked so happy to conform. Would stay again. Only...

"Stayed for a Saturday night, room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The Collingwood is right in the heart of Great Yarmouth, good location, staff very helpful, parking costs £3.00 for 24 hours, quite easy to fins a parking space near the Guest House, defiantly would stay at The Collingwood again."
