"The room was clean. But there was no heat and it was freezing. We got creative and used a hair dryer to stay warm. There was one night that there was this smell permeating from somewhere else. The smell reminded me of the sewer. The odor was stromg. Also, I heard one of the guests say she was stuck in the elevator. It was a meh kind of stay. "

"No parkimg, coffe free all time, all atractions walking distance liberty bell, masonic temple, city hall etc. Restaurants arround the hotel. 13 minute from the Rieading termnal Market a lot of phily food. "

" Kitchen and laundry facilities were convenient. However, sound insulation is quite poor—even small noises travel through the walls. There were frequent disturbances from running, stomping, late-night TV, and conversations."

"We love visiting Philadelphia, mainly for the cheesesteaks! This time we took a trip to the zoo. The property was walking distance to our excursion and close to grocery and pharmacy (and cheesesteaks) for any incidental needs. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Check-in was a breeze. Parking was always available. The building was secure and the amenities were fun to enjoy. The rooftop was a breath of fresh air and a beautiful view of the town. The game room was perfect for some impromptu family fun. The apartment itself was stylish, clean and super comfortable with all the extras you need for a home away from home at the right price. When we’re itching for an authentic cheesesteak road trip to Philly, we’ll be staying here again!"

"Everything was great ! Only thing that threw me off was me inviting family over and having to make them leave due to the host saying I only put 4 guests. But I did mention I was coming from Atlanta to visit family and that I was going to have a dinner. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. "

"Staff didn't send check in instructions when they were supposed too. So i spent over an hour on the porch (in not the best neighborhood) with all my belongings mid winter trying to contact them through text, email, and phone call. It wasnt until I got hotel.com involved for a potential refund/cancelation they cared to answer. Also dont expect your deposit back. I sent photos of any damage there was when i checked in, cleaned when i left etc. And again gor ignored when asking about it. Would not recommend "
