Staff made us feel very special, pools were amazing, parking was very convenient, spa was phenomenal!

We didn’t realize this hotel was BRAND NEW when we booked it. Literally open for a week and a half! I was blown away with how nice this hotel was, especially for the price! We loved the hotel. Did not expect a Hampton Inn to be in a historic hotel building. It was beautiful! Our room was lovely and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was varied and excellent. The details and furnishings were appropriate for the age and elegance of the building. It was not at all what we expected from a chain hotel. It was a wonderful surprise and experience!

The Hotel is clean and has been updated. One of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed in. Staff was verry friendly too.

So impressed with our stay at this hotel. Love that they have spacious room updated and love that they provide a good choice of soap. And not to mention a great complimentary breakfast. Very well kept hotel.

Ideally located right next to the airport, the place is run very efficiently, it's clean and tight, the amenities are nice for what you need on an overnight stay or a business travel. Highly recommend this accommodation if you're in Sarasota for a short stay.

What a beautiful beach resort!! We completely enjoyed our stay at Zota Beach Resort. The entire staff delivers great service. Our room was wonderful and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The pool is heated and we could swim no matter the temperature outside. Pool and beach service-available for drinks and food. The food was so delicious!! The staff work so hard so you can enjoy your vacation. And there are fun extras like Cornhole, a ping pong table outside, a large chess game, Connect Four...

Everything was great and convenient

The property was very clean and the staff was super friendly. There are two pools and a restaurant next door as well as a pretty cool rooftop bar. There is construction going on around the entrance, but it will be done in time. I really enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was very good, room super clean, friendly staff, quick check in/out. My only complaint is that the sound isolation between the rooms isn’t very good, so we heard, you know, some noises coming from our neighbors during the night. But I definitely recommend this place.

The place was just as listed. Dan and Amy were amazing and accommodating to all our needs. Answered any question we had prior to arrival and during our stay. Housekeeping was spot on with new beach and shower towels each day along with emptying our garbage each day. The location was spectacular. Easy access to the beach with lounge chairs and if you didn’t want to be at the beach just hang by the pool. Clean kitchenette with a coffee maker, stove top and microwave. This is by far the most spacious and clean hotel room I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable and welcoming. The staff was fabulous. The pool area was very nice we really enjoyed the heated salt water pool. Der Dutchman restaurant was conveniently located (a 1-2 minute walk) and had delicious food. We will definitely stay here again! 😊
