"Kim was a really lovely host and when we had an issue with the house (a random issue - not hers/our fault) she did try really hard to fix it but unfortunately as it was a bank holiday weekend she couldn’t get anyone out on time. The house is large and the gardens are super beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and everything was well labeled and easy to use. However I felt that the house wasn’t actually equipped for the number of people it suggested (14) - there weren’t enough serving dishes/large enough oven trays/sharp knives- the kitchen really needs some new appliances (the hob took so long to cook anything). If you’re hosting and cooking, i found it difficult to do at Perry Farm and wish I’d known as I would have brought my own from home. Additionally, one of the rooms suggested 4 people could sleep (2x double beds) - one is a sofa bed and i think a 1.5x bed that 2 people had to squeeze into. Really much better suited to 13 people or that bed having 2 children in."
